Clancion products may provide information or recommendations generated with artificial intelligence. AI-generated results may contain errors and should be reviewed before being relied upon for important decisions.

Clancion and its associated software, branding, designs, content, and technology are owned by Clancion or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Clancion. You grant us the rights necessary to process that content solely for providing, securing, maintaining, and improving the services you use.
Availability
We work to keep Clancion services reliable, but we do not guarantee that every service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Changes to Services
Clancion may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as our products and business evolve.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Clancion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Clancion services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
